About: As practitioners, we are always searching for strategies and ways to aid those we work with in identifying their best possible careers. Using Hallie Crawford’s Ideal Career Model, her Create Your Career Path coaching process and the Strengthsfinder, participants of this workshop will learn how to use these tools to assist clients in developing and ensuring long term fulfillment and challenge in their careers.

1. Values: Peak experience exercise to determine Personal Values and Career Values

2. Career Mission Statement: 5 steps to guide them towards writing a career mission statement

3. Assessing Authenticity: Johari Window as a basis for determining when, where and how much to be authentic at work. What is appropriate and what isn’t appropriate.

4. Talents and Skills: Assessing how often you use your strengths using the FREE (Focus, Release, Educate, Expand) Strengthsfinder tool from “Go Put Your Strengths to Work”

Join us for this PDI to add Hallie's approaches to your toolkit and augment your work with clients! The workshop will include breakfast and lunch, as well as an opportunity to engage in additional networking as the workshop concludes.
