After 25+ years in "Corporate America" where he worked in diverse professions (engineering, training and development, marketing and sales) in large (Fortune100) and small (40 employee pre-IPO VC funded startup), Richard was drawn to start a career consulting/coaching practice in 2002. Since then, he has helped hundreds of executives and high income professionals plan their careers and execute effective job transitions. In 2008 he published Fast Track Your Job Search (and Career!), a modern replacement for What Color is Your Parachute.
