She uses counseling and coaching techniques to help students and new professionals overcome the anxiety of job searching, networking, interviewing and finding the right career. Tavonda has a successful 10-year business career and 5 years of career counseling experience in higher education. She holds a dual Master’s from Mercer University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & Divinity and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University.
